Cynthia Leeds Friedlander is an executive coach, lecturer, trainer, counselor, educator and group leader. She holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of North Carolina, a Masters Degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York, has studied at the University of Grenoble, France and speaks French.  She is the author of "SPEAK EASY, The Communication Guide for Career and Life Success."

Cynthia Leeds Friedlander's experience includes being a consulting associate of Sirkin Associates and of QED Consulting. She has been a Vice President for The Strickland Group, a Professional Services Consultant for Right Management Consultants and a Counseling Associate for the Harvard Business School’s New York Club’s Career Assessment Seminars. She has also directed career transition programs for Stanford Business School and Wharton Alumni. She has earned National Counselor Certification. Her leadership experience includes the Directorships of Career Services for the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and Yeshiva University, over ten years as the Coordinator of the Ellen Morse Tishman Memorial Seminars and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Hunter College – City University of New York.
